RC Technologies has added an addtional, enhanced Spam and virus filtering service to all subscriber email accounts....for FREE. RCT will continue filtering the hundreds of thousands of email that are currently being discarded, using Postini(tm) filtering as added protection.

The new filtering allows subscribers to shut off filtering as well as decreasing the settings on each of the four types of spam filters. The system default settings are very aggressive toward "Sexually Explicit" messages and "Special Offers," sometimes resulting in valid messages being quarantined. The good thing is that you can view the quarantined messages and decide how they should be handled.

Unless your in-bound messages are rarely repetitive, from the same addresses, the system eventually "learns" what is and is not spam through your Deliver and Allow input. If you do not have the problem with spam that most people do, then feel free to simply turn it off by clicking on the "Junk Email Settings" link in the upper-left part of the screen, and then click the "Off" button. Otherwise, you can select any individual category and turn off or adjust.
